btsync-gui: No way to copy read only secret

Open stefs opened this issue 10 years ago • 3 comments

In the GUI no way is provided to copy the read only secret. When right clicking on a folder in the GUI, one can only copy the secret with write permissions. When "connecting mobile device" there is already a choice between "Full access" and "Read only".

You are right. The context menu currently does not offer an option to copy the read only key to the clipboard since it was inspired by the original Windows/Mac version (and there is no such option too). Currently you can copy the read only key to the clipboard from the shared folder properties. But since I think this will be a useful feature, it will be implemented in the next version.

You are right, I have overlooked this possibility. I'm sorry.

No problem! But your suggestion is valuable and I will add this functionality to the context menu in the next release.
