Feature request: hide interval time

Sometimes you may go out of the top bar while you are choosing a menu or an icon, and the topbar will immediately hide. That's quite annoying.

Having the possibility to add a small interval time (like 0.5 seconds) in which the pointer could go out and re-enter the area not triggering the hiding would avoid the problem.

It also doesn't look difficult to add. What do you think?
