Reviving ApexCtl

Hi, a while ago I started using ApexCtl with my new SteelSeries Apex keyboard. While it mostly worked, I wasn't happy with several aspects of the utility.

At some point I set out to fix these issues myself. I rewrote ApexCtl in C, reworked the configs to use XKB instead of Xmodmap, and made other improvements over time.

I haven't uploaded the files yet. I'm only creating this issue now because I want to gauge interest in a revival of this utility, both from the developers and the users. I'll be happy to maintain my code, but would like at least to have help to test several keyboard models. (and also someone who knows where those magic numbers come from)

I have an Apex350, I’ve been trying to get to the bottom of the Haskell code, but it beats me. I’m certainly interested. I added my thumb.

Okay, it seems the users want the rewrite. I've uploaded the files and they are available at https://github.com/AstroSnail/apexctl. Issues related to it should be made there.
