"Set PTR Record" broken >= PowerDNS 4.4.0

When adding a record, the option "Set PTR Record" no longer works when running PowerDNS >= 4.4.0. NSEdit! uses the PowerDNS API object property set-ptr, which was removed in PowerDNS 4.4.0, see: https://github.com/PowerDNS/pdns/commit/65e921299bf55d5c420e2c7aae1b66c08865cd87
