US ANSI with German Umlauts and co.

• Removed some special key icons which I never use for the FN F key combinations. (This layout is actually only intended for my personal use, but may be of help for other people as well).

• Repositioned most keys to be more centered
• Resized all special characters

• Added German Umlauts ÖÄÜ and ß

• Moved/Added € to the E letter, which is standard on German keyboards

• Added special character °

• Edited arrow keys to look more simplistic

• Removed play/pause icon from the upper left key
