Wish to add mail alert function with the offline rigs in the lan.

The problem is in my config file. :P

There are a some of false alarms.The rigs are online but email report offline.

I have changed sensitivity at last master code, now timeout for api call is 10 seconds (5 before) and only notifies after 5 minutes of no response (2 before).

Please test last master code
