Setting end date of repeated events keeps removed events visible

How to reproduce:

1. Create an event series with weekly repeating events starting a couple of months in the past.
2. Set an end date for that series that is in the previous week. -> There is still an event visible in the current an the upcoming weeks.

Thanks for the bug report. Unfortunately, I am having trouble reproducing this. Which view (agenda, day etc..) did this happen on? Also, do you remember the start & end dates?

I am fairly sure this is the same as #6491, instances of repeated events aren't getting cleared out when they should.
