Can't attach HEIF images on iOS

Bug in mobile app When trying to attach a photo from the iPhone/iPad gallery (and not using the camera directly) the upload either fails or takes a very long time.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Compose a new email
2. Tap on Attach and chose photo
3. Select a photo previously taken by iPhone/iPad camera (which is in the HIEF format)
4. See error

• Device: iPhone 12
• OS: 15.6
• Tutanota 3.98.21

Sometimes attaching the image works if you wait long enough, but the image is converted to .jpg
