Folder buttons can break

It's possible to end up in a situation where a folder button will cause you to navigate to a different folder (e.g. with folders A and B, the buttons for both A and B will open A everytime, and cause only the A button to be highlighted)

It's a bit annoying to reproduce everytime but:

• select multiple mails (not to many, 5 or so)
• move them to another folder
• as the mails are moving one by one, navigate to the same folder. try to time it so you navigate around the time that the move is completing
• if you timed it right you should now be in a broken state

There is a map in the MailView folderToUrl which gets updated in elementSelected. a mail from the previous list will automatically selected but then it will be mapped to from the new folder, causing the inconsistency
