The dock icon shakes/bounces on Mac OS

Describe the bug The dock icon shakes even when notifications are turned off

To Reproduce I think this happens when an email arrives (side note: I am not always able to see the email)

Expected behavior The dock icon shouldn't shake

To further relate and if you don't mind... can you share^ a GIF / screenshot of what settings you 've setup for Tutanota notifications and after that trigger an external event (probably dummy email) that causes the icon vibration / shake.
