System notifications of different type appears as coming from a different instance of the application

Detailed description

When receiving notifications of different type, they are groupes by this type in system notifications, creating two, maybe more Tusky "notification blocks". Here it appears with sign ups and moderation reports. As I didn't used much, I don't have examples of mentions and other types of notifications, but I expect them to appears as more different blocks.

That also means we can get several copies of the notification "bubble" of Tusky on the lock screen, or of the notification icons in the notification bar.
