Bookmarking/list of (not followed) users/profiles

Pitch

Sometime I'd like to remember/bookmark profiles, but not follow them.

There already is the lists (but apparently it's impossible to add not followed accounts) feature, so most of the work is already done.

Would be nice to have a list that can be sorted by different columns, like date added, name, ...

Would also nice to be able to add a custom note the bookmark.

Motivation

Feature is needed because otherwise there's no way to keep track of profiles internally in the app, unless one is following.
