Implement a button that allows jumping to the first (uppermost) toot in the timeline.

Motivation

I'm using tuba on my desktop and I love the feature. I tend to read toots from the top scrolling down to the oldest ones. After doing so it is hard to get back to the newest one at the top of the list.

Hi, you can do this by tapping the button for the timeline in the switcher (e.g. the home button for the home timeline)
