List previously used languages first in language selection drop-down menu

When writing a toot, the language selection drop-down menu lists the language that is currently set as the first entry, and then a long list of languages from Afrikaans to Zulu. The app should remember a few languages that the user has previously used for tooting and display these on top of the list.
Motivation
For users that regularly toot in either of two languages (e.g. their system default language and English), it is cumbersome to look for the other language in the long list of languages whenever they'd like to toot in that language.
If you add the other languages as per-app languages(android 13+) or additional system languages, they'll be sorted to the top of the list

This is useful but I feel this is only helpful to very advanced users. It works but the suggested feature might be useful for way more people.
By the way I have English and German added and it also is listed in the app info but tusky only pushes German to the top of the list. Not sure if that's intended.
