Feature Request: Visually indicate posts that are in the home feed because of a followed hashtag

A simple option to enable a unique font color used for followed hastags in posts would be fantastic and unintrusive.

I like @RTbecard 's suggestion a lot! Many other post-wide layout changes would probably give them undue prominence; a subtle highlight of just the tag is all you need
