is down right now (doesn't even ping.) From the Home panel, pull-down-to-refresh spins for 10 seconds and then just stops; this is indistinguishable from "no new content" (except that the top displayed message is 18h old.)
(Alternatively, a buried panel with "recent errors" or even "recent traffic" for debugging this sort of thing would help - checking adb logs from on the phone no longer works due to android security policy changes. But really, directly bubbling up what actually failed would be good, thanks.)

I just ran into a similar problem with nixnet.social: the main timeline behaved as described above, while the notifications timeline showed an error and a "Retry" button (which did nothing). Tusky never showed any specific errors, so I don't know what actually happened, but re-adding the account to Tusky fixed things. I also got logged out from the instance in the browser, so I guess some authentication tokens were revoked on the server side.
