[feature request] custom poll end time

I would like to be able to set a custom poll end (date/)time.

Example: I just created a poll and want to have a result today evening. With the preconfigured timespans I can either choose 6 hours (ends today ~16:30) or 1 day (ends tomorrow 10:30).
