Post with CW, image, no body text is posted with no CW

Sometimes, I post an image with a CW, and don't put anything in the body text; the image is the whole post. This gets posted with no CW, the CW I wrote as body text, and the image not marked sensitive. Re posting with one word of body text avoids the issue.

It looks like this is a server issue: https://github.com/tootsuite/mastodon/issues/6825 The web UI behaves the same, except the posted image is marked as sensitive.

glitch-soc puts a :framed_picture: emoji in the body instead of letting it empty, in order to preserve the content warning. Maybe Tusky can do the same thing, even though the it makes the behavior slightly different than Mastodon Web.
