add possibility to order account in accounts menu

Add the possibility to reorder accounts in the accounts menu. Currently it is not possible to reorder different instances/account when having multiple accounts. The last added account is simply at the bottom.

Also, it would be additionally amazing if the two smaller icons - some kind of quick access circles - would not simply bit the first two/three instances/accounts that were added, but maybe somehow the most often used ones? or at least the top three?
