[BUG] After installation chrome stops working.

I installed this extension on my work laptop managed by admin. After installation, the WhatsApp web won't load, and chrome won't open even after restarting it. After the system restart chrome works (without the extension enabled). I don't know how I can debug the issue let me know of any fix.

Could you tell me what steps you exactly follow? Also, could you help me with your browser?

My assumption is probably browser/access/privacy settings. Or some other extension trying to effect it? I set up the browser extension from scratch for quite some people today, so I'm not sure.

After unpacking the extension and reloading WhatsApp Web should work.

You can also try giving it a shot in Incognito/InPrivate. You just have to give access to the extension.

The extension works on incognito mode weird.I tried clearing cache but it didn't work on normal window.

I tried the suggestion by @kana800 but it didn't work for me.

This essentially means the previous assumption could be right. It is a local issue.

So, try disabling a few extensions, look around a few browser settings, and let me know if the issue is resolved.
