Structure for items

i noticed the items class was missing some information, granted its not super useful but whatever types might be wrong

pretty much the only thing the category does is make sure the icon on the left is correct the recent_pickup just increments by 1 whenever you pick something up (i think the game uses it for one of the sorts) status marks the item showing up in the recent items tab
