This adds the ability for dimension to use other images than PNGs for Stickers. This includes animated Stickers encoded in PNG or WEBP. JPEG was also added in case someone wants to use it.

Here a short speed comparison with options enabled/disabled. The following sample images (posted above) were used in the pack: 1 PNG, 1 JPG, 1 GIF, 1 WEBP, 1 AVIF and 1 APNG. All test were performed with verifyImageSize: false as it does not change the import speed.
