Getting a 403

I installed matrix-dimension the non-docker way and I actually got the little page showing its working. I can also select dimension integration manager in Element. However when I open "show stickers" it says "403 Forbidden". Also I got none of that: the 3x3 grid in the top right of any room in Element. The gear icon () in the top right

Can anyone help?

bumping, getting the same issue image when copying the request into the browser I get this: image The user is a server admin.

not the same request but u tipped me off to look into the console: dimension
