Import animated stickers from Telegram

It's currently not possible to import animated sticker-packs from Telegram.

I can't find it anymore as there was once a discussion for Riot itself if and how the animated stickers should be supported. I would say that it makes more sense to have some sort of specification for Matrix first on what animated stickers should be. Should they be animated WebM? Or maybe Lottie like with Telegram? Else we'd have some mess of some clients not supporting animated stickers correctly.
