Jitsi Secure Domain support

Understanding this right, in theory, if Dimension would support this, it would be able to make sure that only Matrix can create rooms, preventing third parties from leeching off the Jitsi server.

Seeing how https://jitsi.riot.im/ allows me to just make a chat outside of Matrix, it doesn't seem to be supported by Scalar either. I believe that may mean it needs to be standardized, but I am making the issue here because I personally am only interested in Dimension supporting this and am not aware of the proper process to start a standardization.
