turso db replicate command not functional for AWS

Database replication with Turso CLI currently not functioning in WSL for databases hosted on AWS:

$ turso db replicate [remote-db]
Error: replication is not available on AWS at the moment

CLI: turso version v1.0.6 OS: WSL2/Ubuntu 24.04.2 LTS (Windows 11 build 26120)
