LLRT support?

LLRT is still in very very early stages, so it's not surprising that it's not working with turso/libsql.

It seems like it should be possible, and the main hurdle seems to be somehow bundling the correct binaries. I keep running into Cannot find module '@libsql/linux-arm64-gnu' and some minor syntax issues like https://github.com/awslabs/llrt/issues/296
