Leantime screenshots broken in v18.1

I have just updated Leantime (to v18.1) as it has some sec updates - see https://github.com/turnkeylinux/tracker/issues/1930. Unfortunately, it seems to have changed it's webUI layout, so the screenshots were failing.

@OnGle had a quick look, but it seems to that it isn't quite as easy to screenshot. As I wanted to release this week (thus needed to build late last week), I ended up skipping the screenshot.

In case it changes again, it's probably not worth updating them now, but be good to do prior to next update.

I've pinned it to v18.2, but if there isn't a v18.2, it should be moved to v19.0.
