TurnKey Kubernetes Host
I'm surprised there hasn't already been a ticket for this, but is there any likelihood of a microk8 or kubernetes turnkey container?

Thanks for your request. We have done Docker containers on and off for a while - although not built recently. Regardless our containers are a hack. We build them the same as our LXC builds - i.e. they contain the full OS.
We do have intention to build "proper" containers and then your request would be possible. Well actually, by my understanding it would be possible now (if we pushed the latest builds to Docker Hub). But there wouldn't really be any value.
Regardless, I'm going to pin your request to our next major release and we'll see what we can do. Although that will probably be a while away as we have a ton of backlog already.
Haha, yeah. There's Kind for Kubernetes-in-Docker, but I haven't really found a ready-to-go LXC for Kubernetes. And with TurnKey built-in to Proxmox, this would make life so much easier when needing to spin up a new cluster! :tada:
@JedMeister I think you misunderstood each other. As I read it, the request was for Kubernetes in TKL, not TKL in Kubernetes. In fact, I think it is a good topic for a student thesis. If you agree, I'll put it on our noticeboard.

You know, the ability to spin up TKL containers inside Kubernetes would be pretty awesome too. 🎉

Please feel free to open a separate issue for TKL Kubernetes guest builds.
Although (as per always) we're a bit snowed under, especially with our current efforts to try deal with some of our technical debt.
