Bugzilla - Should we remove PHP? (which will also remove adminer)

When building the Bugzilla appliance I noticed that it's installing a ton of PHP packages. As Bugzilla is written in Perl, it occurred to me that it doesn't really need PHP.

So then I thought that it might be useful to separate the Apache specific bits from the common lamp plan and make a new standalone common Apache plan that the LAMP & LAPP plans could include.

I was just about to do that, then I realised that would mean that we wouldn't be able to include Adminer in the Bugzilla appliance - so I'm not sure if we want to do that?
