New Appliance: Mastadon

Mastadon (and other federated social platforms) are picking up traction atm. Might be a good idea to provide it and possibly others.

I think this is an awesome idea. FWIW, I found https://fediverse.party/ - it has a bit of info the "Fediverse", including software (Mastadon is there).
