dpkg -i omxplayer_0.3.7~git20170130~62fb580_armhf.deb will not work unless you add the directory for omxplayer_0.3.7~git20170130~62fb580_armhf.deb

ex. dpkg -i /home/pi omxplayer_0.3.7~git20170130~62fb580_armhf.deb
