Does not show options in Eclipse 2022-09 (4.25.0) and MacOS 13.0.1 (Ventura)

I just installed the plugin on my M1 macbook pro. However I do not see any new options. The system details are:

Eclipse Version: 2022-09 (4.25.0) Build id: 20220908-1902

JDK: IMPLEMENTOR="Oracle Corporation" JAVA_VERSION="18.0.2.1" JAVA_VERSION_DATE="2022-08-18"

OS: MacOS 13.0.1

What "options" are you looking for? I'm running Eclipse 2023-12 on a M2 and have no issues.
