If one the alliance party makes peace with third party peace should both alliance parties

Let's say there is alliance between human and Sporks. Then Mothoids attacks against human. There is now war between Mothoids vs Humans and Mothoids vs Sporks. If Human evetually make peace with Mothoids this peace should be for Sporks.
