mouse navigation does not work when over RDP

Mouse Navigation does not work at all when connecting to server via RDP. Chrome etc work properly. situation: Linux , using Remmina (RDP) to connect to Visual Studio 2017 enterprise running on Windows Server 2012 R2.

I can't reproduce this personally, but if someone else can figure out the problem hopefully they consider sending a pull request to correct it. :smile:
