emgucv video capture exception

the issue occurs after the solution is launched the camera feed and circle detection work then after a while i get this error popup"l'index se trouve en dehors du tableau" in english it would be "the index is out of range" if you run the program you'll get it i don't know how to fix if you have any ideas please contribute.
