"All Labels on" mode

In https://umap.openstreetmap.fr/en/map/wilmette-il-usa-house-addressing-irregularities_961179 we observe viewing a map with all its name labels showing. No need to click each item to find out what they are. Such mode would be a nice wishlist item... (Without needing to modify the file we are looking at.)
