[REQUEST] Supported Point Cloud File Formats

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Try to open point cloud files with common file formats (.las, .xyz, .bin, .ply, ...) Check if they are loaded properly. Some files formats causes the OIP to crash.

Describe the solution you'd like For formats that are easily implemented with CloudCompare make sure that we can loaded them properly. For more complex file formats add meaningful exceptions to avoid that OIP crashes.
