[REQUEST] Switch to OSGeo4SW

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. With #252 , an installing step using the OSGeo4SW was introduced. Perhaps this can be leveraged to also download boost, liblas, and other libraries and thus simplify the installation steps?

Describe the solution you'd like Try out the possibility to use the OSGeo4SW installer as much as possible.

Describe alternatives you've considered We currently download much of the stuff on our own, using CMake or other manual steps.
