[REQUEST] Retrieve WKT representation of EPSG code using RESTful API

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. IFCs and PCDs often come with the EPSG code denoting their underlying coordinate reference system. However, for conversion purposes, a WKT string is required.

Describe the solution you'd like Use https://apps.epsg.org/api/swagger/ui/index#!/CoordRefSystem/CoordRefSystem_Export to retrieve WKT given EPSG.
