Repro steps:

1. Switch to GIF mode
2. Capture a GIF by tapping the shutter - this will capture a 1.5 second GIF, and open the GIF Maker
3. Tap and hold on the end-trim handle

Expected: it should show 0:01 Actual: it shows 0:00
