"General workflow" doesn't align with the features released

The "general workflow" part of the readme doesn't align the the features actually released. The iPXE network booting components require Phil or the code I had written previously which combined that part of Phil into the Genesis web server. I'd recommend either scratching that part from the documentation or even better ideally actually open sourcing the rest of Genesis/Phil which includes those portions. :)

To clarify, I mean specifically the code that determines if the asset exists in Collins or not and thus sends the machine through intake.

Are you speaking about

For a real world example; Consider a brand new server that boots up. It makes a DHCP request and loads the iPXE menu. In this case, we know that we haven't seen this MAC address before, so it must be a new machine

I can see how it is unclear what ipxe server can make the determination that it is a new server based on the mac address. We can improve that line in the readme to indicate that we use Collins to make the determination.
