When click a link and switch to another webkit, it will show emacs buffer, especially when buffer is black color

主要过程如下： 1. 首先到 emacs-devel mailling list 中发一个邮件，告诉 emacs 维护者说你想签署 GPL 纸质协议， 开发者会私发一个邮件给你, 可以参考： https://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/emacs-devel/2020-10/msg01611.html 2. 打开邮件里面的链接后，会要求填写一些个人信息，用于生成 pdf 协议文件。 3. 下载 pdf 文件，打印，签字，扫描为 pdf 文件。 4. 将扫描好的pdf文件发送到指定的电子邮箱。
