I was going to add it to this repository, but I wasn't quite sure of the way to do that. I've posted a patch at GStreamer so hopefully this will make it into mainline, but it would be great if the next pygi installer had this patch applied too. :)

Thanks a lot for the win32 improvements, I've merge it here and should be in the next rev20.

There was a minor cosmetic update to the patch on the bug report, but functionally it's still the same.
