Range check state not updating correctly until hovering over ability buttons

Since recent Retail builds (WoW 11.x), TullaRange intermittenly fails to update action bar colors based on range state. The issue appears both on the default Blizzard UI and persists with no other addons loaded.

Observed behavior: Buttons occasionally stay red even when the target is in range.

Sometimes abilities remain uncolored even when target moves out of range.

Mousing over the button usually corrects the color state but then they remain red or blue when the target is deselected.

Game version: 11.2.5 (64154) tullarange version: 11.2.0

same as ncnash83 for retail, had to roll back to the previous version to restore red range functionality.
