Midnight Support

Blizzard is introducing restrictions for addons in Midnight. The primary intent of these changes is to make encounter design not effectively require the use of certain addons. At the moment, tullaRange appears to be fully functional.

Midnight is in alpha, and the API changes are very much in flux. I'll be using this issue to track changes to as things are updated.
