Midnight Support

Blizzard is introducing restrictions for addons in Midnight. The primary intent of these changes is to make encounter design not effectively require the use of certain addons. At the moment, the cast bar has issues with empowered spells, but everything else should be functional.

Midnight is in beta, and the API changes are still very much in flux. I'll be using this issue to track changes to Dominos as things are updated.
