Use Blizz SpellFlyouts

Hey,

Blizzard's SpellFlyouts seem to work with custom actionbars again. I removed all the custom code and they work fine on every bar, the only issue is that they dont activate on keypress, only on click. Maybe you can take a look at flyouts again and see if a cleaner solution is possible again.
