Show Empty Buttons Per Bar

Would be great to have the ability to Show Empty Buttons per bar.

Can you provide me with an example of where this would be beneficial? :) I've avoided adding it in the past because I've been hard pressed to think of a reason why I'd want more than just the global setting.

I have my main stack of bars containing oft-used actions, and to the right of the main stack I like to have a small grid of other things. I prefer the main stack to display empty buttons to maintain visual uniformity, but the small grid does not need to maintain the same visual uniformity therefore my request.

I used to use Autobar for the small grid, but it is a resource hog, so I have resorted to using Dominos. In order to achieve the look below, the small grid on the right is two bars (which is a waste)...

If I could Show Empty Buttons per bar, I could use one bar like so, and achieve the same visual appearance, thus freeing up another bar...

Each action bar now has a context menu item for Showing Empty Buttons. The global setting takes precedence over this one.
