Forking the repo to my company for now ExtendOSS/kafkajs come contribute

Heyo the company I work at heavily uses this repo with Confluent Cloud and need to do some updating so we can support future KIPs, for now I'm going to fork it to our OSS Organization and we will welcome contributors there until this repo gets updated.
